Pastor Carrie has been serving at First Lutheran Church since her ordination in August 2010.

A native of Superior, Wisconsin (Go Packers!), she earned degrees in International Studies and Geography from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. After college, she moved to Alexandria, Virginia, where she worked in the civil helicopter industry before transitioning to a role in the Office of the Bishop for the Metro DC Synod of the ELCA.

At First Lutheran, Pastor Carrie focuses on pastoral care, visitation, and ministry in the Peel House. She also serves as the dean of the Southeast Colorado Conference.
